Please note that the following legal disclaimer is intended to inform students who register for a course at the Holistic RN Patient Advocacy Training Institute based in North Carolina of their obligations and responsibilities when choosing a payment plan. By registering for a course with the Holistic RN Patient Advocacy Training Institute and selecting a payment plan, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to pay the full cost of the program. Should you fail to make timely payments, you will immediately lose access to course materials until such time as you have caught up on payments. Furthermore, please be aware that you will not receive acknowledgement of completing the course or a certificate for continuing education (CE) hours completed until you have paid in full. It is important to note that, as a student of the Holistic RN Patient Advocacy Training Institute, you are responsible for understanding and complying with all policies related to payment plans, including any deadlines for payment and consequences for failure to comply.
